Are you interested in a career in real estate? Do you want to understand how real estate firms generate returns and invest in various assets? Do you want to practice for Propconnex? If yes, the REISA Real Estate Challenge is the perfect opportunity for you!
Students will form groups of 3-4 to pitch a recommendation to an investment committee about the buyout for real estate assets. Students from all degrees and majors are encouraged to participate. Please note that each team requires at least 1 female competitor. The heats will be run at each individual university, but, the final round will take place at UNSW, where you will present to a panel of real estate professionals
